Our school staff, Parent Advisory Counsel and School Planning Counsel will begin our important work in preparing the school plan for growth for the 2013/2014 school year during our School Planning Day on Monday, May 27.
 
This day is about reviewing our experiences from this past year and continuing the conversation about how we will work together as a school community to stay focused on improving learning at Mt. Sentinel.
 
Student participation in school planning is essential throughout the year.  We are inviting everyone to provide feedback through a student survey.  Your voice is important, please take the time provided in class to complete the 16 question survey.  If you would like to share something that might not be included in the survey, please pass along your thoughts to your classroom teacher or visit the office to have a conversation with Mr. Campbell or Ms. Maloff.

We know what the Provincial results heralded, and here are the Mt. Sentinel "Rock the Vote" ones:

1. Glen Byle, Independent (12 votes)
2. Katrine Conroy, NDP (135 votes)
3. Joseph Hughes, Independent (14 votes)
4. Jim Postnikoff, Liberal (38 votes)
5. 20 ballots were spoiled/rejected
